Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd: Baard recommends Dividend
Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2011, inter alia, recommended payment of Dividend of Rs. 1.50 (75%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each to the shareholders of the Company.
