Amit Spinning Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2011, inter alia, has consider and approved the resignation of Mr. R Sampath as Managing Director of the Company. However, Mr. Sampath will continue as consultant of the Company till further arrangements to look after the interest of the Company.
