Software Technology Group International Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has opted to publish / submit Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2011 within 60 days from the end of the last quarter ending on March 31, 2011.
In view of the above, the Company shall submit to the Exchanges the Audited Financial Results for the full financial year ended March 31, 2011 within 60 days of the end of last quarter instead of submitting the Un-audited Financial Results for the last quarter within 45 days of end of quarter.
