Devika Proteins Ltd: Outcome of Board Meeting
Devika Proteins Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 12, 2011, inter alia, has considered to change of name of the Company, subject to approval of members of the Company in the General Meeting from Devika Proteins Limited to Dharti Proteins Limited or any other name as approved by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
