Out of the 53247 equity shares, 38497 Equity shares purchased at an average price of Rs. 14.57 per Equity Share at N.S.E and 14750 Equity Shares at an average price of Rs. 14.40 per share at B.S.E. Further, total holding of M/s. Sakuma Finvest Pvt. Ltd. of Equity shares is 645473+ 53247 = 698720 Equity Shares.
