Peacock Industries Ltd: Outcome of Board Meeting
Peacock Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 11, 2011, has approved revival plan and will submit to BIFR / AAIFR in due course of time, revival plan contains restructuring of plant capacity and share capital and negotiated settlement of Creditors and statutory dues.
