1. Approved the draft scheme of Corporate Restructuring along with the valuation report.
2. Appointed Sri. V. S. Raju advocate for representing before Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
3. Authorized Sri. Lalit Kumar Gupta Managing Director to finalize the appointment of Merchant Banker for obtaining fairness opinion on valuation of assets / shares of the Company.
