Shyam Telecom Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Ravikant Jaipuria, Non-Executive and Independent Director on the Board of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the Directorship due to his other professional commitments and Board Members accepted the same in the Board Meeting held on February 11, 2011.
