Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 05, 2011 to reconsider the Scheme of Arrangement between Hotel Leelaventure Limited and Leela Lace Holdings Pvt. Ltd. and their respective shareholders ('Scheme') under sections 391 to 394 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, which was earlier approved by the Board at the last meeting held on January 29, 2011.
