| Promoter Holding in Bangalore based IMFL manufacturer is 90 per cent. This does not comply with the 25 per cent Public Holding requirement proposed by the GOI. Either the Khoday promoter will have to dilute holdings by offering additional Equity to the public, or it may have to make an open offer to De-list. The stock has fallen from Rs 170 in 2008 to the current levels of Rs 70. In either of the actions-delisting or open offer it is the investor who will win. Khoday's is a speculative BUY.
