Delivery of individual stocks can be found from NSE itself. But if you want all stocks delivery over a period in time, then you need to subscribe to a provider like www.desitradermall.
But in my view one must combine fundamental with volume depending of ones quantum of trade. For small traders volume is not very important. Price action will reflect, most of the information. It is the strike rate which is important, rather than stock picking skills, or picking a reversal…

I guess you mean volume of trade… or sales/NP.
If it is volume of trade, bhav copy could return the data or in your software find monthly average volume.
