Suraj Diamond can never become a good long term stock
Reason is simple
There is too much of cash component in the business
The promoter may get richer but the shareholder will not
Same thing holds true for Real Estate , Films , Music
But there may be exceptions like Mahindra Lifespace or Unitech or Godrej Properties
