• Record Date - Diamant Investment & Finance Bonus Issue

Diamant Investment & Finance bonus issue was announced 20th December last year and approved on 25th Jan 2010. The company has now fixed 09 February 2010 as the record date for the purpose of issue of bonus shares in the proportion of 3 new fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10 each for every 1 equity share of Rs. 10 each.

• Chembond Chemicals bonus issue

The board of Chembond Chemicals in its meeting on 30 January 2010 has recommended issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1, subject to approval of shareholders.

• Intra Infotech Allots Bonus Issue

Adani Enterprises has fixed 11 December 2009 as record date for the purpose of determining entitlement for bonus shares in ratio of 1:1 to the members of the company.

• Falcon Tyres Rights Issue approved

The board of Falcon Tyres in its meeting on 29 January 2010 has proposed to raise up to Rs. 1000 crore by way of right issue of equity shares, warrant and any other convertible instrument.
