DG - Brainteaser

Hey All,

 

Here's one of the puzzles to you. Hope you find it intellectually stimulating.

Two old friends see each other on the street in USA and start talking. One of the guys asks another about his children - to describe them. The other answers, I have 3 kids - when you multiply their age the answer is 36. The other says - tell me more. So he answers - when you add their ages - the answer is the number on that building across the street. The other says - tell me more. So he says - the oldest one has blue eyes. Question - how old are the kids?
