Tech Mahindra Ltd: Circular resolution of Securities Allotment Committee dated April 21, 2011
Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE regarding the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on April 21, 2011 for issue and allotment of a total of 99,895 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to various applicants on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2006 (ESOP 2006).
