Bafna Spinning Mills & Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on April 21, 2011, inter alia, has decided to gift a sum of Rs. One Lakh to every player of the World Cup winning Team India, in the presence of the President of BCCI Chairman Shri Sharad Pawar at a function to be held in Coimbatore.
