Reliance Industries Ltd: Fixes Book Closure for Dividend
Reliance Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from May 09, 2011 to May 14, 2011 (both days inclusive) for determining shareholders' entitlement for dividend, recommended by the Board of Directors, on equity shares, for the financial year ended March 31, 2011.
