Ruchi Strips & Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company by a 'circular resolution' decided to extend the current Financial Year of the Company beginning on April 01, 2010 by three months to end on June 30, 2011 instead of March 31, 2011 and the subsequent financial year(s) of the Company, after financial year 2010-11, will start from 1st July of every year and end 30th June of subsequent year(s).
