State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur: Change in Directorate

State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur has informed BSE that Govt. of India, vide its letter dated April 07, 2011 appointed Shri Pratip Chaudhuri, Deputy Managing Director, State Bank of India. as Chairman, State Bank of India with effect from April 07, 2011 and upto September 30, 2013, i.e. the date of his attaining the age of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Consequently, he will be ex-officio, Chairman of the State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur under Section 25(1)(a) of the State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959.
