Alok Industries Ltd: Outcome of Board Meeting
Alok Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 20, 2011, noted and confirmed grant of options to eligible employees of the Company, under the Alok ESOS 2010 (the Employee Stock Option Plan) through Circulation as per the Scheme approved earlier.
