Seamec Ltd has informed BSE that the existing long term charter with Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India), Limited is ending in mid May 2011.
The Company has entered into a separate contract for long term charter of its vessel SEAMEC I with Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited for a firm period of two years with option for extension. The Charter will commence from May 16, 2011.
