Reliance Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 21, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 8.00 (Rupees eight only) per fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/- each.
The dividend on Equity Shares, if declared by the Members at the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company, scheduled to be held on June 03, 2011, will be credited / dispatched between June 04,2011 and June 09, 2011.
