Titan Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Tanishq (India) Ltd, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company proposes to merge with the Company pursuant to a Scheme of Amalgamation filed with the Honourable High Court of Karnataka, Bangalore.
Tanishq (India) Ltd has filed the requisite petition with the High Court of Karnataka, Bangalore.
