Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company have passed special resolution under Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 to offer, issue and allot of up to 30,00,000 warrants convertible into even number of Equity Shares to persons in promoter group on preferential basis through Postal Ballot process, result of which is declared on March 03, 2011 with requisite majority.
