- Name of the Transferee : Sneh Lata Gupta
- Category : Promoter
- No. of Shares : 4,38,500 (2.87% of total Paid Up Capital)
- Date of transfer : February 24, 2011
The shares have been transferred consequent to the Exemption granted by SEBI under Regulation 4 of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1992 vide order dated October 22, 2010.
