D. B. Corp Ltd: Allotment of Shares under DBCL-ESOS-2008 Scheme

D. B. Corp Ltd has informed BSE that vide resolution passed by circulation dated March 02, 2011, the authorised members of the Compensation Committee of the Company has allotted 5203 number of shares of Rs. 10/- each on the exercise of 5203 stock options under the DBCL-ESOS Scheme 2008, to it's employees covered under the scheme.

Following are the details of the increase in the Issued and Paid up Capital of the Company:

- Existing Issued and Paid up Capital: 181544998 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each
- Shares allotted / increased by: 5203 Equity Shares or Rs. 10/- each
- Revised Issued and Paid up Capital: 181550201 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The new equity shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing capital.
