Excel Infoways Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on March 04, 2011, inter alia, to consider and approve, the following, is cancelled for unavoidable reasons:
1. To consider raising of funds through preferential issue of equity shares.
2. To consider calling an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders to approve the same and other matters incidental thereto.
