India Cements Ltd: Allotment of Equity Shares

India Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 02, 2011, has allotted 1,500 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up at a premium of Rs. 40/- per share to an employee who has exercised his stock options under ICL ESOS, 2006. Consequently, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company has gone up from Rs. 30717.57 lakhs to Rs. 30717.72 lakhs.
