Comp U Learn Tech India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 09, 2011, inter alia, to consider the following business:
1. To consider and enter into MOU with Ideation Consulting (P) Ltd for acquiring Super Computing System (SUCAB) approved bio-informatics post graduate courses and bio tool kits for study and research purpose in order to broaden e-learning business.
2. To consider and enter into an agreement with Punjab Technical university for running their post graduate and undergraduate courses on SUCAB platform along with Reliance Web world.
3. To consider and enter into MOU with the following universities to impart online education on SUCAB platform directly to the study centers of the universities and also by developing franchisee all over the country.
a. MS University, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu.
b. Bharthiar University, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.
c. Karnatka Open University, Mysore, Karnataka.
d. Amravati University, Amravati, Maharastra.
4. To approve and appoint Professor M.S. Yatnatti as COO of e-learning division.
