VXL Instruments Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will submit the Audited Financial Results for the entire financial year 2010-11 along with the quarterly results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 on or before May 30, 2011. Heance the Company is not submitting the Un-audited Financial Result for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2011 on or before May 15, 2011.
