Munjal Showa Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 20, 2011, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2011.
Further, the Company will consider and recommend dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2011 in the same Board meeting to be held on May 20, 2011.
