Ajanta Pharma Ltd: Change in Directorates

Ajanta Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Manjiri Bhalerao, a Nominee Director of the Company representing Export Import Bank of India has resigned w.e.f. April 30, 2011 and in her place Mr. Navin Gangawane has been appointed as the new Nominee Director of the Company representing the Export Import Bank of India w.e.f. April 30, 2011.
