Filatex India Ltd: Board recommends Dividend
Filatex India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2011, inter alia, has recommended the payment of dividend of Rs. 1 (one) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
