ORG Informatics Ltd has informed BSE that Annual Accounts of the Company for its financial year ended March 31, 2011 are under finalization. It is expected that the entire process will be completed by the end of May, 2011 only.
Hence, the Company would furnish the Audited Financial Results in respect of the financial year ended March 31, 2011 within a period of sixty days of the end of the financial year 2010-11.
Accordingly, the Company would not publish / announce the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
