Starvox Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish Audited Yearly Financial Results for the
year ended on March 31, 2011 within 60 Days from the close of the year i.e. by May 30, 2011 in the prescribed format and hence the Company will not publish Unaudited Quarterly Results for the 4th Quarter ended on March 31, 2011.
