Rama Vision Ltd has informed BSE that the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the forth quarter and year ended on March 31, 2011 will be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company with in time.
Accordingly the Company will not consider un-audited financial results for the forth quarter ended on March 31, 2011.
