Rotam Commercials Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 26, 2011, to consider the following item:
1. To consider the option to increase the Authorized Capital of the Company.
2. To Consider the option to raise fund by issuing convertible warrants on preferential basis.
3. To called up an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company to consider the option to increase the capital and to issue convertible warrants.
