1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year 2010-11 ended on March 31, 2011.
2. To consider and if thought fit, to recommend final dividend for the Financial Year 2010-11.
3. To consider and decide the date of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
4. To consider and decide the dates of closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books the Company.
