Elpro International Ltd has informed BSE that the Company would publish audited financial results for the entire financial year 2010-2011 on or before May 31, 2011, i.e. within 2 months from the end of the last quarter.
In view of above, the Company will not publishing the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31,
2011.
