Apcotex Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the management of the Company had decided to publish the Audited Financial Statement of Accounts for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2011, within 2 months from the end of the financial year i.e. on or before May 31, 2011, instead of publishing Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
