Jubilant Industries Ltd: Change in Company Secretary
Jubilant Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Mr Amit Khurana has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the company w.e.f. April 18, 2011 in place of Ms. Sonia Niranjan Das who has resigned. He shall also be the Compliance Officer of the Company.
