IFB Agro Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Audited Results of the Company shall be published within a period of 60 days from the end of the last quarter of the financial year 2010-2011 ended on March 31, 2011 i.e. within May 30, 2011.
Hence, the Company do not intend to publish the unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2011.
