Star Paper Mills Ltd: Board Meeting Re-Scheduled to May 30, 2011

With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 13, 2011, regarding the Board Meeting and Audit Committee Meeting to be held on May 26, 2011 to consider, inter-alia, the Audited Financial Results of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2011, general business operations, other miscellaneous matters and to consider the recommendation of dividend for the financial year 2010-11, Star Paper Mills Ltd has now informed BSE that owing to unavoidable reasons, the aforesaid meetings are re-scheduled. Now the Board Meeting and Audit Committee Meeting will be held on May 30, 2011 instead of May 26, 2011.
