Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd has informed BSE that, Sonitron Ltd, a Person Acting in Concert, has informed the Company that it has pledged 9,25,000 Equity Shares of the Company for availing loan of Rs. 2 Crores (Rupees Two Crores only) for business purpose of Shudh Edible Products Ltd.
