Solix Technologies Ltd: Outcome of Board Meeting

Solix Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2011, inter alia, has approved, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company, the re-appointment of Mr. T. M. Rao who is presently working as Whole Time Director, as an Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. June 25, 2011 for a further period of five years in accordance with Section 196, 269 read with Schedule XIII of the Companies Act 1956.
