Manraj Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2011, inter alia, to decide Voluntary delisting of the Equity Shares of the company from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Ltd. and Jaipur Stock Exchange Ltd.
