Wellworth Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on May 12, 2011, inter alia, have taken the following decisions:
1. To change the name of the Company from "WELLWORTH OVERSEAS LTD" to "SUN TECHNO OVERSEAS LTD".
2. The name "WELLWORTH OVERSEAS LTD" wherever it occurs in the Memorandum and Articles of the Company be substituted by the new name "Sun Techno Overseas Ltd".
