Modern Steels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2011, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:
1. Mr. Krishan Kumar Goyal, Managing Director & CEO of the Company has been reappointed for a period of 5 years w.e.f. May 01, 2011.
2. Mr. Aditya Goyal, Whole Time Director of the Company has been reappointed for a period of 3 years w.e.f. August 25, 2011.
3. Mr. P. L. Talwar, Director (Operations) of the Company has been reappointed for a period of 3 years w.e.f. September 27, 2011.
