Titagarh Wagons Ltd: Board recommends Dividend
Titagarh Wagons Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2011, inter alia, have recommended Dividend of Rs. 8/- per share for the financial year 2010-11 subject to approval of the shareholders.
