Koutons Retail India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall publish the Audited financial results for the financial year 2010-2011 within 60 days from the end of the fourth quarter.
Accordingly, the Un-audited financial results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2011, shall not be published.
